So after quite a few days of muddling through code and fluff, my puppy-brain hurts. On the plus side, I’m sleeping incredibly well!
I’m no closer to solving my hack-attack, though I am learning a few interesting who-would-have-thought lessons on my travels.
Including two huge accomplishments I didn’t expect. First is a new theme that I think fits the Romantic Shorts format nicely. I’m talking to the developer to see if we can tweak it a little more to my liking. I have high expectations and hopes on that count.
And – and this is fantastic given how long I have tried to figure out how to do this, and, while it might seem the most trivial little piece of dirt on the web, I can’t stress how much grief this has given me. You know how it is when you come up against something you should have no problem doing but the solution evades you more the more you search? Like Christopher Walken and the boys in Mousehunt!! I have actually managed to get the little Romantic Shorts logo to appear in the tab next to the site title at the top of your web browser. *happy dance and a cartwheel!!*
(If, on the off chance, that is not showing up for you, please let me know – in about three days. Gimme a moment in the sun!)
So that’s where I’m at today. Back to work…
Alex.
Hi Alex,+
The small logo is at the top in the web browser. What I don’t see is the title Romantic Shorts. Also, below the menu bar there is the theme Titled, Working To Fix Romantic Shorts. Before it is another container but it is totally black. Just mentioning this because if you meant to have the logo there, it is not showing up.
Great work, Lady. One step at a time. I know you can do it!
Have a great day.
Shalom,
Pat
Thanks Pat! That sounds about right. Unfortunately 😛
